Order Cancellation Policy
All orders may be canceled up to 36 hours after ordering at which time we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.

A Note About Sizes
We do our best to keep this site updated with measurements of each product. Due to the infinite number of custom sizes we work with each day, we cannot answer multiple sizing questions if they do not pertain to a specific order. If you do not see measurements for one of our product listings, please submit a general inquiry, here. 

Custom Sizes
If you would like to purchase a piece, but need it sized to fit your machine—please use the 'Custom Art Resize' selection in the product listing and input your dimensions into the fields provided. We no longer accept resizes for products simply via email after an order has been placed, unless otherwise specified. If you would like a resize, you must select 'Custom Art Resize'.

I designed custom artwork for my cabinet, but I don't have it made.
Can you make custom arcade graphics?
Of course! We'd love to help you craft the arcade cabinet you've always wanted—even if it doesn't exist yet! Request a quote.

I have an idea for a custom design, but I'm not a graphic designer.
Can you create something for me?

Order Production
We work tirelessly to make the best Arcade art on the market! Please know that we process all sales, requests, and quotes in the order they are received.

Below is a general guide to estimated Production time for our products.

Please allow at least 2–3 business days* for orders to post to Production.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a Custom Art Proof.
Proofs must be approved to put a custom order through to Production.

I only ordered one item. Why hasn't my order shipped?
We make our products to order*. It all comes down to the production flow. We use a myriad of materials, to print, laminate, & produce our quality products. Even if you only ordered one thing, most items are produced in batch.  *Excluding parts, NOS, and second chance garage sale items.

What thickness is your plexiglass?
The plexiglass we use is 1/8" thick. 

I need holes cut for buttons and screws. Can you do this?
No. We do not custom cut button, screw, or specialty areas on any of our products. Each machine is different and could be off center from our templates. The only areas we die-cut are the interior areas of Bezels. 

What type of vinyl do you use for the decals and wraps?
We use 3M vinyl for all of our arcade art and wraps.

Shipping

Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking to update once you’ve received an email shipping notification. If you did not receive a notification in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

I only received part of my order. Where are the rest of my products?
Some items ship separately. For instance: plexi pieces like bezels and marquees, ship flat. Vinyl and paper graphics ship in a tube. If you have one of each of these items in an order, they will most likely ship separately. Items from one order may also arrive at different times. 

I see a suggested address at checkout. Should I use that address?
Yes. If a suggested address pops up at checkout, we recommend using this address so your package does not arrive at another location. If you need to make changes to a package once shipped, you can utilize the UPS MyChoice app. We have very little control over packages once they have left our shop for delivery.

I placed an order, but I haven't received a shipping notification. What do I do? 
Orders are processed in the order they are received. See our general Production guidelines, above. As soon as your order is packed for shipping, you will receive an email notification. If you do not see this notification in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see a notification email there, please Contact Us.

The tracking for my order is not updating. Where is my package?
Please note: once a package is received by the carrier, we do not have control over when the package arrives at distribution, has tracking updated, leaves distribution, or what happens while in transit or while out for delivery. If you're tracking does not update 48 hours after shipment, please contact the carrier for more specific details. Most packages ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Recipients have certain options that senders do not have and can find out more by using the UPS MyChoice app.

I need my order quickly. Can you ship it to me faster?
If you are worried about the arrival time of a shipment, please Contact Us prior to placing your order, for expedited shipping options.

I don't want to miss my order delivery. What can I do?
A missed delivery attempt means a signature may be required to accept your package. Once you've received a shipping notification with tracking details, sign-off online to avoid a missed delivery attempt. UPS MyChoice has a residential delivery app to help manage your order delivery.
