Order Production

We make our products fresh, in the order in which they are received. Most orders take a Minimum of 2–3 weeks. This is fluid based on the current production schedule and therefore subject to change at any time.

Please allow additional time for the following products:

• Plexi Marquees: up to 4 weeks
• Plexi Bezels: up to 6 weeks
• Custom Sizes: up to 5 weeks*
• Custom Design: up to 6 weeks*

*proof approval required prior to production

Quotes
We do our best to respond to Estimate requests and project questions within 3–7 Business Days.

Customer Supplied Artwork Guidelines

• Sized correctly to trim dimensions needed
• 300 dpi or higher
• If bleed is required, bleeds must be pulled and file must contain crop marks.
• Acceptable file formats: vector art-PDF, EPS / Raster Art-PSD, JPG, PDF

**Any artwork not made to these specifications will incur an additional design fee.
We do not accept Canva files for final artwork. If you need a Canva file reproduced for hi-resolution printing, please contact us for more details and pricing.

Please Note: Custom Design, Prints, Plexi/Acrylic products have a longer production time, to ensure everything is just right.

If you need something fast, don't order it WITH an acrylic part—order is SEPARATELY.
